I was driving home one evening and I saw a stunning sunset with colors that truely could not be believed. I thought to myself, "Nothing could be more beautiful than that!" and before I could even finish that thought, I immediately heard myself say "but nothing compares to Jesus!" When I got home, I wrote this song.
