I had my guitar in my hands and I was thinking about someone very dear to me that was going through some very deep trials. They did not know the Lord and I closed my eyes as I tried to put myself in their place. With my eyes closed and seeing nothing but darkness, I started strumming on my guitar found myself singing this song.
