This song was inspired by one of the sermons at church where the pastor read from 1 Thessalonians in verse 4:16 and 4:17, "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, And the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord." I thought about that moment when I would be "caught up" and I find myself standing in glory. As I imagined standing in the midst of heaven, I looked around and as I did, I wrote this song.
